What are the Obligations and Rights of the Parties?
Basic Position
- The consumer acknowledges that all preliminary information has been supplied in electronic format, including the amount, type of payment, and the description of the services provided.
- The Travel Agency assumes full responsibility for ensuring that the services provided meet the agreed-upon terms.
- If any service does not match the description or fails to meet standards, the travel agency is liable and will compensate the consumer accordingly.
Consumer Obligations
- The consumer agrees to notify the Travel Agency in writing or through a video recording regarding any complaints or issues with the provided services.
Agency Commitments
- The Travel Agency pledges to address consumer concerns by exploring practical and thoughtful solutions within a reasonable timeframe.
Consumer Rights
- The consumer is entitled to change the date of the service, tour, or trip up to three days before the start of the program without incurring any additional charges.
- No VAT is charged to the consumer for the services provided, as all listed prices already include VAT.
